ADMISSION
Anyone 18 years of age or older, and not attending regular high school, may enroll in the Chaffey Adult School. Credit students should enroll prior to the third week of the semester. However, students may enter various classes at any time during the year.
Students attending the regular high school program may attend adult education classes concurrently with regular school providing they have a referral from their high school counselor.

REGISTRATION AND FEES
Registration for all classes takes place in the Adult School offices and all fees for classes are paid at that time, by cash or money order. No personal checks will be accepted.

REGISTRATION HOURS
Monday through Thursday
8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
and Friday
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

CLASS CANCELLATION
Classes are subject to cancellation if an enrollment of at least 15 persons is not maintained with a reasonable level of attendance.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be made without the original receipt.  Students requesting a refund must complete a “Request for Refund” form.  The request for refund must be made no later than 7 days after the start of class.  All refunds will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.  Credit card convenience fees are not refundable.  No refunds will be made for textbooks or supplies.  Please allow four weeks for processing.
If Chaffey Adult School cancels the class, the student will be given the opportunity to apply the fee to another class or be given a full refund.

DRESS CODE
The District dress code will be enforced.
Copies may be obtained in the Adult School office.

TEXTBOOKS
Some classes may require textbooks. Textbooks are for sale at the Chaffey Adult School Offices.

NO SMOKING
Chaffey Joint Union High School District prohibits the use of tobacco and tobacco products anywhere, anytime, on any District property or adjunct facility.

ATTENDANCE
Students missing two (2) class sessions may be dropped from the roll. Students receiving credit for a course are expected to be present at least 90% of the time.

HARASSMENT
Harassment of any type will not be tolerated on the school campus. Please report any incident of harassment to the Adult School Office immediately.
