When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Fees are due at time of registration. Cash, cashier’s check, money order, or voucher will be accepted. No personal checks will be accepted. Payment of fees may be made by credit card for selected classes here online (convenience fees will apply).
Refunds will not be made without the original receipt. Students requesting a refund must complete a “Request for Refund” form. The request for refund must be made no later than 7 days after the start of class. All refunds will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. Credit card convenience fees are not refundable. No refunds will be made for textbooks or supplies. Please allow four weeks for processing.
If Chaffey Adult School cancels the class, the student may apply the fee to another class or be given a full refund.
Classes are subject to cancellation if an enrollment of at least 15 persons is not maintained with a reasonable level of attendance.
Dress Code/Behavior Code
The District dress and behavior codes will be enforced. This policy is available in the Adult School office or on the website. Work or educational attire is the expectation. Hats and gang related clothing are forbidden.
Some classes may require textbooks. They may be purchased at the Chaffey Adult School Offices.
Chaffey Joint Union High School District prohibits the use of tobacco and tobacco type products anywhere, anytime, on any District property or adjunct facility.
Attendance is important for student success. Students with excessive absences may be dropped from the roll. Students receiving credit for a course are expected to be present at least 90% of the time.
Harassment of any type will not be tolerated on any adult school site. Please report any incident of harassment to the Adult School Office immediately.
Discrimination and Uniform Compliant Procedure
The Chaffey Joint Union High School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin (including lack of English language skills), sex (including sexual harassment), handicap (or disability), or age in any of its policies, procedures, or practices, in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (pertaining to race, color, and national origin), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (pertaining to sex), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (pertaining to handicap), and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (pertaining to age). This non-discrimination policy covers admission and access to, and treatment and employment in, the District’s programs and activities, including vocational education. The District has a uniform complaint procedure that would allow the filing of a grievance/complaint. Local community legal assistance agencies are available.
